Tallulah Moon Wholesale Policy

Thank you for your interest in carrying Tallulah Moon products through our wholesale program. To become eligible for a wholesale account, Buyer agrees to meet the terms described in the Tallulah Moon Wholesale policy. To complete the wholesale application, you will also need to fax a copy of your valid Resale Certificate or Business Tax ID number to 661.253.2203. All new accounts are subject to approval. After the application has been reviewed and approved, we will contact you with an account number. We reserve the right to update or make changes to our Wholesale Policy plan without notice.

Wholesale Conditions
Wholesale eligibility is approved on an appropriate venue basis only and should match Tallulah Moon pricing and merchandise quality levels. Tallulah Moon products may not be sold on auction sites, such as Ebay. This is to protect the value of our Tallulah Moon brand. Tallulah Moon reserves the right to cancel accounts at its own discretion, if our policies are not upheld.

Payment Terms
First time clients must prepay by credit card or company check prior to shipment. Tallulah Moon accepts the following cards, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express through the PayPal system by placing a wholesale order online.

After completion and delivery of a five separate complete orders, needed to establish a successful working relationship, subsequent orders may be eligible for Net 30 payment terms, upon submission and approval of a Tallulah Moon credit application. Payments made after 30 days are considered delinquent and will be charged a past due service fee of 1½% per month and 18% annually.

Credit Applications
To obtain a credit application, download, print, and fill out our Credit Application (Credit Application PDF link here). In order to complete this application you will need to provide 3 active trade references plus the name and address of current banking institution. Minimum Order Requirements
Minimum Wholesale orders must be at least $400. Tallulah Moon items may be ordered in the following sets:
 
Starter Pre-Package: Clothing must be ordered as a 3 piece minimum per selected style / 1 color / size run either 2T, 3T, 4T or size run 3T, 4T, 5T. Order must meet our $400 minimum wholesale order requirement.

Large Volume Pre-Package: Large volume discounts are available for orders over $3000. Buyer selects item sizes and colors.

Size Runs
Tallulah Moon clothing items for girls are available in the following size runs:
 
Infants: 6 mos, 12 mos, 18 mos
Toddlers: 2T, 3T, 4T, 5T

Drop Shipping:
At this time we do not participate in the Drop Shipping Program. Please check back with us at a later time.

Shipping Policy
Shipping charges include the cost charged by UPS or FEDEX plus handling charges. This amount will be added to the invoice and to the grand total on the invoice.
Note: Wholesale Orders can take up to 4 - 6 weeks for delivery, unless in stock.

Terms
Tallulah Moon accepts the following cards, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, through the PayPal system. Terms may be available for approved accounts.
 
Wholesale Return Policy
All shipping charges for unwanted merchandise are the responsibility of the Buyer, and must be shipped prepaid, unless prior agreements have been established. Altered garments are not returnable. All return merchandise must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number and will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Please contact wholesale@tallulahmoon.com for a Return Authorization number and a return address. All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of the Invoice Date.

Damaged Merchandise
Damaged merchandise must be reported within 48 hours of receipt by emailing us at wholesale@tallulahmoon.com to qualify for replacement or issuing of credit.
